Ledgent Finance & Accounting's is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their dynamic team in Palm Beach Gardens. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check runs to ensure timely payments.
• Manage purchase orders (POs) and related transactions efficiently.
• Process accounts payable transactions accurately.
• Enter and maintain vendor information in the accounting system.
• Track payments and ensure all accounts are up to date.
• Generate accounts payable aging reports and provide analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations related to accounts payable.
• Assist with accounts payable automation processes for increased efficiency.
• Cross-train with other accounting team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Conduct audits of accounts payable to maintain accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

Additional Details

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour
